Understand the context
Your priorities, constraints and existing team matter more than a standard playbook. We start with the reality of your organisation or institution.
I’m Pradeep Nagda. My professional brand brings together three defined practices: IT, outsourcing and business growth; ISO and management systems; education and academic advisory. The connection is systems, quality and capability.
Based in Udaipur, India, I approach advisory through clear processes, useful evidence and practical capability. My documented independent consulting work since 2016 includes business operations, outsourcing and remote teams; each wider practice has its own scope and requirements.
Before independent consulting, I spent a decade leading delivery teams and outsourcing projects in a KPO environment. That experience shaped a practical approach: understand the work, design a clear system and help people deliver within it.
My engagements have spanned SaaS, fintech, real estate, sustainability and manufacturing, with businesses in the USA, UAE, UK and India.

Define the decision, required evidence and limitations before starting research.
Make ownership and handoffs understandable to the team doing the work.
Agree on useful outputs and review points, then adjust the process as the operating context becomes clearer.
